Chef Ernesto known as “the coolest Chef on the planet” was born Ernesto Hayles in San Fransisco, CA. This studio musician known for his driving licks as a bass guitarist came from a rich heritage of chefs and bakers; his father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, as well as other family members all, found their niche in the culinary arts.
